Role overview
Harbor Vane Holdings is hiring a Real Estate Investment Analyst in Dallas. You will screen deals, build underwriting models and help prepare investment memos for our partners. You will also visit properties and follow deals through to closing.
Responsibilities
- Screen incoming apartment and commercial listings and rebuild the numbers from rent rolls and operating statements.
- Build and update underwriting models, including downside and sensitivity cases.
- Help prepare investment memos and present findings to the partners.
- Track due diligence items and market data on rents, sales and new supply in Dallas.
Desired skills
- Two or more years in real estate investment, lending, brokerage or finance.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort building models from scratch.
- Clear writing and plain explanations of numbers.
- Willing to visit properties across the Dallas area.
